In the first column: We find URLs with "home", then exclude 5 words with 'home' in them but we do not want.
In the second column: We are also finding URLs with "realty", "real estate", "property", and "land".
So we are finding 5 words and excluding 5 words. Columns 3 & 4 find 4 words and exclude 5 words.
This table combined with a State selective database will produce excellent search results.
